A little
About me
My name is Shen Hung, a passionate designer and current student at the University of Illinois at Chicago, majoring in graphic design with a minor in entrepreneurship. I focus on creating thoughtful, user-centered designs that blend aesthetic appeal with functionality. My work spans across digital interfaces, editorial design, and sustainable projects, aiming to enhance communication and user experience. I'm particularly driven by innovative and empathetic, impactful designs, such as apps for environmental awareness and personalized products. In my free time, I enjoy experimenting with fashion, exploring art in galleries, and trying out different restaurants in Chicago, all of which inspire my creative process and broaden my design perspective.
Education
Minor: Entrepreneurship
At UIC, I had the opportunity to engage in a multidisciplinary learning environment, focusing on human-centered design, graphic design, and entrepreneurship. This unique blend empowered me to approach problem-solving with an innovative mindset, constantly pushing me to think creatively and empathetically. Guided by faculty who encourage forward-thinking, I developed a strong foundation in designing solutions that prioritize user needs while fostering innovation and creativity.
